Permabanned for 3rd party program that i never used.

Hello everyone,

I wanna say this out loud since riot doesn't care about me(probably a lot of you out there have the same problem). Anyway what happened, about 1 month ago i played a ranked flex game i belive with my girlfriend and 3 other friends. After that i logged out, and didn't log in to play league for like 2 days.. The moment i tried to play it again, on log in screen i get the message i got permanently banned, i go to my mail and i see that riot banned me for using a 3rd party program(which i never used btw). That account has been created in 2010 so 7 years ago, that account has over 200 skins i belive, that account was in diamond for a quite while. This season i'm in plat, and i get banned for using a 3rd party program? Like what the hell. Also wanna add something which i can't belive is riot doing. They banned me for xy reason and i have no idea how did they got that i'm using a script exploit or anything, but after i wrote a ticket they just said this is our final descision and that's it. They didn't want to explain me why they banned me, they didn't want to give me any evidence, any proof, nothing. They just banned me and said that's it.. How should i feel about that? I would like if riot can answer this

  1. Everyone says they never used third party programs.

  2. They will never tell you how they detected the third party program you used. Why?

If you did use a third party program and they explained to you how exactly they detected your third party program, they'll be letting you know how to make a better third party program.

You could hypothetically give that information Riot gives you on how they detect the third party program to the programmers of the third party program. They could incorporate that information into their next patch to revise the program to not be detected the same way... which means they have to devise a new way to find the third party programmers.

So you basically are telling me that i should just be like ok account that i played on for couple of years, and account on which i spent a lot of money should be banned for nothing, and i shall let it go? Lel ok

i have done rp purchaises 1 month before i got banned, you think i'd waste my money?

if you did nothing wrong keep contacting Support.

A true human will start to check your account & will contact you by support . it happend to a friend , it was a mistake for him

I'll go ahead and toss you an upvote since you seem polite, but these kinds of threads always seem to crash and burn with Riot proving that the ban was justified.

they are able to see what you use during games and they have programs that detect 3rd party programs, it probably picked something up.
