As much fun as someone getting mid and saying "nvm, I'm going to adc" and trolling from in game lobby, causing people to dodge, I would like there to be an option to report those people from the lobby.
Actually what riot needs to do is have a system in place to protect players from the trolls.. As it stands right now, a player can intentionally feed in one game, do decent in another game (get carried) and riot just ignores that player's game where he sat out and said in chat he was intentionally feeding.
The damage is already done by that point.. hell, riot wont let players dodge without some form of a penalty, which is stupid considering you want to dodge when someone picks a teemo ADC or you look someone up and they have never played someone like urgot before, but takes him urgot jungle
I'd give it a minute before a hundred people reported you or me to be toxic as soon as that was out.

Better than that, team should be able to vote in/out the champ a person selects to play with[not a ban]. IE troll picks ahri adc - when selected to lock in, team has 3 seconds to approve deny, most votes win - no selection = auto approve.
So much this. I had a game a few mins ago, an ARAM, where upon not wanting to trade away Vel'Koz (cuz he's free, I've only played him once, and wanted to try him in HA), this other player used a slur in the lobby. I so wish there was an option to report someone, or have a "forgiven" means to just leave the lobby, instead of being punished for having some ass-clown that wants to use the "F" word for not getting his way.[zombie-brand-mindblown]
