So i was just banned for NO reason!

Ok so as I am writing this I am pretty furious with this situation. For starters my account was suspended for apparently "botting". I gave up playing normal games a long time ago as they were just a drag and found to be boring. So only game modes I played on my account were custom 1v1 games or the featured game modes. Now I used LOLReplay to record my gameplay for 1v1 and the thing that mind boggles me is why people feel the need to chat with others. I turn off all chat because most of the time nobody has anything good to say and you won't believe the amount of toxic feedback i get from people when I try to 1v1 (I am not very good, I am aware, I just play for fun) so i decided to turn off all chat. There have been instances where people have accused me of being a "bot" (no idea why, i never did anything that would regard me as a cheat) but i just brushed them off as I thought not even Riot could be this stupid to believe any of that crap. Well I was away for four days and when I got back and tried to log on and I got this message that said my account has been suspended and to check my account for details. Needless to say I was completely shocked. So I immediately sent in a ticket to Riot stating:

Hello,

Why was my account banned? I never did anything toxic to warrant a permanent ban in fact I haven't played a normal game in DAYS. I was away for four days and when I returned I got a message that said my account has been permanently suspended and to please check my email for details. Only problem is I forgot the email I had with my account. I believe this may be a mistake. Please respond back as soon as possible thank you.

Your account has been linked to suspicious activity surrounding the use of third party programs, sometimes known as bots. Suspensions applied to accounts in this way cannot be lifted as we have done an extensive investigation on the account to confirm this.

So as you can see I am pretty furious at how they can just take away my account like this and falsely accuse me of something I did nothing of! I don't use any third party programs as I mentioned with the exception of LOLReplay which last I checked was NOT against their ToS. And to add insult to injury I spent a good amount of money on this account! So heed my warning, do not do not DO NOT give any money to this company! I did not believe the stories before of Riot banning people simply for the sake of it but it has happened to me and I am warning you that it can happen to you!
