Question about Instand Feedback

So this bothers me a bit,why arent we rewarded everytime we report a player and we get an instant feedback that he had been punished.Arent we supposed to actually recieve some sort of a reward.Whether it was an Ip boost or something like that

No, there is no reward. You might be thinking of rewards they had for participating in the old Tribunal voting (been gone a few years). When you report a player and that immediately results in a punishment, you may get a notification that says your report helped, but there are no rewards.
