Hello everyone that is reading this, my article will be about the outdated report system. I have been muted several times without flaming because premade groups report for fun, I was okay with that until recently my account got a 14 days suspension. I think that the ban system should not just be counting reports but actually staff members checking in to the games and reviewing the chat. Maybe I use a few swear words but they are used for a empowerment in my sentences. The game when I got my ban was just a regular game, I did not flame I just told these guys that they had to build some Armor pen, however it ended up with me being reported by these after they forced enemy team to report me also and now my account is frozen in 14 days.....

I will end this article by saying that I am deeply sorry for the sentences I used. I do not feel like I deserve a 14 days suspension I would much more appreciate a permanent mute in game somehow so I don't have to chat. Chatting is my hobby but now I realize that maybe I flame to much, I will have the chat permanently removed.

The system is designed entirely around not letting that happen. More often than not, the punished player is being negative and simply doesn't believe it's punishable. Lobbying to mass report or otherwise threatening people with reports, for instance, is a common negative offence which people think is ok but is punishable.

Premade groups do not have any extra power in getting you punished; all their reports actually only count as one. The system weeds out false reports too, so if you weren't doing anything wrong then the people that reported you will just lose report weight. Punishment is calculated per match, not per report.

If you got all the way up to a ban, then you're doing something wrong. I highly recommend sharing your reform card(s) so we can go over it and help you understand where you're going wrong and how you might improve. Otherwise, I recommend the following article for being a sportsmanlike player that will be conducive to enjoying the game more, working with your team, and not getting punished.

Since you've been sent chat logs for your 14-day ban it would be helpful to post them so we can actually have something to discuss.

Chatlogs with virtually no context are a very weak justification for banning someone anyway.
