Please fix the broken queue

I will definetly look like a newbie after posting this but I know everyone has this problem.Riot queue is so broken that I don't want to play ranked without a full team anymore.Everytime I solo queue I get 1-2 afk and the rest are feeders and flamers.And I'm not kidding.I am not saying that I don't have bad games but 4 players that have a bad game the same time.And this doesn't happen once or twice a week.It happens 3-4 times in a row then a good game then this repeats.And I'm sick of it,everytime riot posts updates where they say the balanced the ranked queues and I hope they really did but I join 2-3 games and all of them are like this.
