Hi,

Recieved a 10 game chat ban for the first time in my 9 years of playing this game a few days ago, I served it and have played 30+ games since but my honour is still level 1 and locked.

How do I 'unlock' my honour and how long does it usually take? What do I need to do to become eligible for End of Season RANKED rewards? Do I need to be Honour level 2?

Yes, you 100% need honor level 2.

From what I've read, it "usually" takes 2-3 games a day for a solid 4-6 weeks. You can definitely expedite this by being a super good player and recieving honors. When I hard carry, usually everyone ends up honoroing me, or if i take a team leader role, people honor me.

So yes, and generally 4-6 weeks, maybe longer depending on how much you play.
