Stop blaming your Mid-laner when they call MIA and you still die!

I'm really getting tired of this.

If you're mid laner calls that their oppenent is missing (MIA) then shortly after you die and then blame your mid laner for not roaming too, then you are the biggest piece of shit. Sometimes mid laners can't follow their oppenent into the river because it would be stupid to blindly follow especially if they are a kill or two up on you and/or the enemy jungler is there, so only an MIA is necessary it that case.

My jungler Shyvana was doing dragon at 6 miuntes with half health at this time. I was mid lane Lux vs Ahri, as soon as I saw Ahri start walking in Shyvana's direction I spammed MIA on my Jungler, me being a Lux vs Ahri I can't walk right behind Ahri unless she will charm me and q me, so I kept some distance while still following her. My jungler continued to do dragon with half health, as I am a little behind the Ahri, Shyvana is still doing dragon with half health and the dragons health is 2000, Shyvana then decides to run away as soon as Ahri is RIGHT next to her, and then Ahri kills her by blue buff. Their enemy jungler tryndamere shows up in the middle of this so I Q-E-R tryndamere right on dragon for the kill. Then Shyvana says "WHY AREN'T YOU ROAMING? FOLLOW HER" Then Shyvana gets support from my Support and Top Laner saying I didn't roam.

1: I did roam, and followed her. And Killed their Jungler who was probably going to kill Shyvana anyway even if Ahri didn't show up.

2: I called MIA early and gave you time to leave before she could get to you.

3: You should have just accpted that you overstayed instead of blaming me.

Another Instance, Ahri just killed my wave of minions, sending a full wave of her minions under my tower, as I am killing the wave under my tower I see Ahri walking back to her tower, as I lost vision of her while I am under my tower I thought she could be recalling or possibly ganking, to be sure, I spam MIA just in case. As I am spamming MIA my botlane countinues to push their lane. Then Ahri as well as their jungler tryndamere shows up and kills my ADC and support. Then My ADC, Support, and even Top Laner all talk shit on me because I didn't follow Ahri and how it's all my fault.

1: Those deaths could have been easily avoidable if my team respected my MIA and left the area, or put a ward down.

2: I called MIA because I didn't know if Ahri was recalling or ganking either lanes, or hell she even could be getting her blue buff.

2: Now my lane oppenent has 2 kills from my oppenents who should have listened.

I'd love to hear your stories similar to these ones.

Seriously though, if your mid laner calls MIA early and you DO NOT listen to it then die and complain to your mid laner about it, you actually are the biggest dickhead there is.

Edit: For the people saying I shouldn't have just pinged on Shyv, I actually pinged my lane first then I spammed on Shyv. I should have wrote that in, my bad.

These kind of people are disgusting. They are what makes the community known for; its toxicity.

People suck sometimes. I hate people who look to blame others for every mistake they make.

With regards to pinging, I usually ping <MIA> once or twice in my lane, then ping <danger> on the map near my allies so they know

  1. That my lane opponent is MIA
  2. That they could be in danger

A lot of people are too thick to understand the MIA, but <danger> usually makes them perk up and play safer.

Solution : follow your lane, die, and blame the loss on others. If you can't beat em, join em.

You became their scapegoat, so everything was your fault. EVERYTHING. Eventually they'd have found a way to blame you for top dying 1v1 under the enemy tower. It's the blame game: facts don't matter.

Nah, sorry... they're far too many and too depressing to tell.

Oh boy you have no idea how many times I was told to follow Zed and Yasuo as FUCKING TwistedFate !! HOW!? I hate getting killed because of someone else, and that's literally telling me to die. And of course I would get flamed if I did because those two can kill me in one combo if I get within range.

Then there's all the times where I've won or gone even in lane only to have bot lane get ganked every MIA and die. Then they come up mid and take all the CS (I don't care what you say, there's no way I'm beating Tristana in terms of farming) so then I'm left at a severe disadvantage against my enemy laner who I could duel or out-trade well enough before. And I'm too squishy to split push so I literally get fucked when I get toxic teammates.

This goes for any lane.

"FOLLOW THEM!"

Or play safe and LET THEM WASTE TIME SO WE GET A LEAD.

both those situations were partly your fault situation 1: lux has a ton of range compared to ahri, you should still be able to help in a fight even tho you are much farther away situation 2: you knew that she would just push the wave in and roam, but you did nothing to prevent it, lux does not have exceptionally poor waveclear or anything which would have prevented you from clearing out that wave before it became a problem, but you chose to let ahri push it in so you could cs without having to worry about her poking you, because you knew she would roam if she pushed the wave in. both situations were you and your team's fault, not just theirs.
