Over a year since my perm ban

Last July I found myself on the receiving end of a ban stick. Rightfully so, I was hateful and mean to others in my games. It was kind of a kick in the ass for me to take a break, get a job, and move forward with my life. As the weather gets colder I've had some time off work and find myself watching my little brother play. He's made a nice habit of using /mute all ^_^

Curious about potential reform and un-banning. From what I'm reading it doesn't seem likely but I have to ask.
