Riot needs to find an actual idea to ban these shithead kids

Dear Riot Games your game league of legends is a fantastic and brilliant game filled with ideas and countless players but come on the players that play the game are complete shit and no not in a skillful way in a verbal way you either get an awesome game with everyone being happy and cheerful OR the more likely thing you get a child im writing this after experiencing one of them. I wanted to play quinn mid and called in chat first of all of them and said mid then chose quinn after a few seconds a zed typed mid :) and instalocked zed then he said omg this isnt my main and wow this is only normals. I quote Sky "the kids in this game have way too much power, able to force you to either lose the game or make you go somewhere else. and thats 100% true you cant do anything unless you want to wait 20 mins, lose the game, either lose lp or just lose time. This zed player when we locked in to the game started crying in all chat saying that i instalocked quinn and asked everyone to report me now i had two options: say nothing and get reported and let this kid win or talk back and when i decided to talk back, after i started winning and everyone beleaved me HE STARTED FEEDING doing nothing but feeding and still screaming in all chat saying report quinn saying that i didnt help him when he died. Please can you find a way to have an ingame report system where you send a ''letter'' and a riot worker watches the game and sees who is to blame. kids have way too much power and are able to control games and decide whether or not to just lose the game or not. This NEEDS to be fixed. if you wanted to know what i did after i won the all chat competition i afk'd because i didnt want to waste 40 mins in a game with a 8 year old.
