Toxic Jungles

So I'm starting to notice a trend. It's not every game, or even every other game, but there's enough of them sprinkled in the constant barrage of stomp or get stomped that I can't help but start to get frustrated. I'm talking about games where you get a jungle who makes it their mission to intentionally avoid top lane or all lanes in general. That jungle who afk farms until level 10 and tells you they can't gank until level X because they would feed. I just had a game that nearly made me say some bannable things to this person, because they refused to even enter a lane until after one of us had died. I'm Renekton top against a Garen. I instantly recognize this Garen will beat me if I don't get an early level advantage. So I ask our Kled to come gank at level 2-3 when I can stun Garen and we can all in. Kled says "okie" and proceeds to farm. Level 3 comes and goes, Garen is being aggressive and shoving his wave under tower and poking me. I ping for assistance. What does Kled respond with? "I will feed before level 8, I farm." So I continue to get bullied by Garen, trying to out agro him, failing and ultimately end up dying 2 or 3 times. Which wouldn't be an issue at all, if Kled hadn't come lane after I died to give him a double kill. So I question him as to why he's doing this and he says "You don't decide when JG ganks, JG does that." Oh. Well, I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were so invested in observing my lane while you're afk farming. I'll let you call the shots. So Garen notices that our JG is completely irrelevant so he ups his bully game. Diving, shoving and silencing me any time I come out from tower. By this time, I'm 3 levels behind with no hope in sight. I'm beyond frustrated, telling Kled I need his help or I will lose top. I start getting called toxic and our supp, who he was qued with, starts saying I needed to stop inting and play tower and farm. Well, if I hadn't been doing that for 10 minutes, I might consider that option. Kled then calls for "Report Renek, inting and flaming." This isn't the first time a useless jg has tried to flip things around on someone else in game, but it is one of the more extreme cases lately. Either it's noob Warwicks who don't understand when to gank and when to fall back, or Master Yi's who think theyre invincible and constantly dive, feeding in the process, these toxic or feeding jgs are getting out of hand. They either don't understand the different timings associated with jg or think that because they roam, they get to gank whenever they feel like, even if the lane isn't ready for it. It is so unbelievably frustrating. Maybe I'm the only one noticing this or the only one frustrated enough to type out a monologue on the forums about it

laners are 10x more toxic to jgs than vice versa
