Low Priority Queues

I think it's really a bunch of crap that I'm being forced to be in lower priority queues due to a bugsplat problem that all of a sudden appears out of nowhere randomly loading into game. Why would you punish a player when it's obviously not their fault that there was a technical issue? This kind of thing really gets under my skin, esp when i play up to 10hrs a day sometimes if not more. I could see punishing someone for leaving during game that has already started, but when it's a technical problem not stemming from anything that they themselves have done then i don't think there should be a punishment that makes them wait 20 min to be able to play the game. Something needs to change with this and I'm sure I'm not the only one out there that can agree with this.
