Low Priority Queues

I think it's really a bunch of crap that I'm being forced to be in lower priority queues due to a bugsplat problem that all of a sudden appears out of nowhere randomly loading into game. Why would you punish a player when it's obviously not their fault that there was a technical issue? This kind of thing really gets under my skin, esp when i play up to 10hrs a day sometimes if not more. I could see punishing someone for leaving during game that has already started, but when it's a technical problem not stemming from anything that they themselves have done then i don't think there should be a punishment that makes them wait 20 min to be able to play the game. Something needs to change with this and I'm sure I'm not the only one out there that can agree with this.

Because you have to leave ALOT of games to get a 20 minute leaverbuster.

And yet i haven't nor will i leave "a lot" of games. I may surrender games, but I don't leave games during a session. I enjoy the games that I play in, even if I'm losing. If i was that type of player don't you think that I would accept a punishment for doing something that is wrong and hurts the other players on my team, not to mention for creating a bad environment and a game experience for someone that could be relatively new to this game? I've been playing this game since season 1 and I personally put a lot of heart into the in-game experience for my teammates. Now I've had times where my power has went out in the past and I couldn't surrender, and things like that just like I'm sure everyone has, but not on multiple occasions over a short period of time. This is why I do not understand the justification of this punishment in the slightest degree. I have made my self very familiar to the rules and regulations of this game and give it my best effort to follow them.

I checked that to see if it wasn't a remake and it says on my recent game history that it was a remake. Now myself personally i don't report players if there is a remake, but i don't know if i was reported or not, or if that has anything to do with it. Kinda what I'm trying to find out on here!

Are you serious? Even if it was a technical issue that wasn't even my fault to begin with? Either way I've got the logs and have them submitted to riot for review. If that is true then that is a really dumb thing to do especially when the person plays that often and over that long of a time period for a small error on the client end.
