Riot please when new champion released keep them out of ranked

Riot too many people lock in the new champion for an example right now Ivern. I have needed to dodge games and lose games but what makes me mad the most is people not even playing the champ for a day or two and even worse not even knowing the champ ability.Maybe they played him in PBE sure but thats where the new patch notes are and things change every few days. "RIOT I BEG OF YOU PLEASE BAN THE NEW CHAMPS IN RANKED FOR THE FUTURE FOR ATLEAST A 5 DAYS FOR PLAT AND BELOW."

or... dont play ranked when new champs are being released... or even better... dont wait till the season is about to end to start playing ranked.

Yea but people still play ranked and dodge games because of this, its like a troll in your game this doesnt apply to me.So much losses are done because of this i mean when every new cha thismp comes out their winrate is low at the start like Bard or right now Ivern sitting around the lowest win rate and people still try to play this guy in ranked while not even trying to read his abilitys.

ranked will always have retards, its up to you if you want to play when they are in mating season
