Riot please when new champion released keep them out of ranked

Riot too many people lock in the new champion for an example right now Ivern. I have needed to dodge games and lose games but what makes me mad the most is people not even playing the champ for a day or two and even worse not even knowing the champ ability.Maybe they played him in PBE sure but thats where the new patch notes are and things change every few days. "RIOT I BEG OF YOU PLEASE BAN THE NEW CHAMPS IN RANKED FOR THE FUTURE FOR ATLEAST A 5 DAYS FOR PLAT AND BELOW."
