Bad Teammates after 2 week suspension

Ok so i got a 2 week suspension due to toxic behaviour. I accept that but it's really pathetic that riot matches me with bad teammates now. i dropped from 54% win rate to 25% win rate after the suspension. please explain how this is possible? i dont play any different and i only get afk or trolls in my teams now. is this like a test to prove if im still toxic? jesus riot that's just sad

meh bad mates happen from time everybody has loss and win streaks.
