My account with the username swiftshooter has been banned for 14 days with no warning or chat restriction for toxicity. Instead of a 10 and 25 game chat restriction i went straight to the bans and i was wondering if it could be changed from 14 days to 10 game chat restriction as i want to be able to play the game whether being able to talk or not. If not can i play on another account until i am unbanned Thank you @Riotgames for the help
You skip punishment tiers for extremely toxic behavior. For chat, that's usually hate speech (racial/homophobic slurs) and threats or telling someone to kill themselves. If you want to discuss the validity of your punishment with us you should post your reform card if you have chat logs, but to contest your ban you must submit a Support Ticket.
You got a 14 day suspension for a reason. Riot doesn't change punishments unless they were given in error. If you want to post your chat logs we might be able to help you understand why you got the punishment that you did and escalated to a higher punishment tier without prior offenses. And yes, you're free to play on another account if you want to.
Basically what everyone else said. If you'd like the forum to review the chat logs with you, copy/paste what comes up on your reform card when you try to login.
