why was i banned?
can any riot employess tell me why my account was suspended... the email gave nothing useful for information

What does the email say? Or tell us the message when you are logging in works as well (full message, including the suspension date).
If it is too personal, then your only choice is to submit a ticket to support.riotgames.com -> LOL General questions -> Account -> Management or something like that.
Rioters visit the boards, but not as often as you'd want.
You can submit a support ticket to learn more about your punishment.
