Permanently Suspended

I recently had an account named "Jesz" that was permanently banned for using third party software (Scripts, Awareness, OrbWalking). Which I have no problem with, I was cheating the game and so I got banned. Plain and simple. But, something came up on another smurf of mine. I logged on to the account by the name of "Vundeanta" this morning. On my login screen opened I had been notified that my account was permanently suspended on this account as well. Which confuses me, because I have never scripted or cheated on this account. I had only hit level 30 about a week ago and finished my placements yesterday. Was I banned because of my other account that had been scripting previously? I checked my email and was told that it was, in fact, a third party software ban. I would like to know why this account was affected for something because of my other account (if that's the case). If you're just going to spam insults in the discussion thread. Then go ahead and leave.
