Does Riot Games save chat logs?

Ok the punishment system today works in a teir system. For the sake of clarity I will only go into the punishments zfor toxic behavior, normally for first time offenders you would first recive a report warning , meaning that if you were reported in multiple games then then you would get a pop up saying you were reported. Then the next teir is chat restriction , after that Suspension, in the last tier is permanent suspension but in your case as you were punished with suspension before the new system so if you go extremely toxic after your first games , for example telling people to kill them selfs or saying ggez then you may escalate already to a permanent ban if not a 14 day suspension
