Being false reported and punished

Why does League rely soley on an automatic ban system? It's EXTREMELY irritating for someone who's actively trying to be more behaved in their games to get punished because someone was louder than they were. I was called the F word, told I had downs syndrome, and insulted repeatedly and did nothing to warrant any reports. I doubt this will get seen by anyone important but I got a 25 game chat restriction for absolutely no reason after being ridiculed the entire game. Meanwhile I reported both the individuals and nothing came of it. Why rely solely on an algorithm that can easily be abused? ... (The AFK thing was obviously a joke meant to give a jab at us having died in lane..) And yeah, I mentioned the draven sucked and roamed but I ended up finishing the game positive..I have the entire VOD.. https://pastebin.com/Bn5QdFbr

Campaigning throughout the game for reports is harassment, so yeah, I can see getting chat restricted for this. The proper response to somebody using hate speech against you is to mute them, report them, and move on. Turning chat into a crusade against that person is a waste of everybody's time, and just escalates the distraction from the game that the other person initiated.

And while you may have been joking about going afk, many are not when they say that, and there's no good way to tell what your intent is when you say that in chat. It's a demoralizing and distracting thing to have your teammate say. Avoid doing so in the future.

for you to get punished like this means that you have displayed a consistent pattern of negative behavior.

Remember all those games you had such behavior but "got away with it"? You didn't get away from it, it just accumulated and punished you later.

As for Vi, she will get her punishment as well if they keep up the toxicity. I hope you reported him at the end of the game.
