So when i tried to get in my account... i didn't play for like 1 month i got a message saying that my account was permanently suspended. i didn't get a email or something, i tried writing a support ticket and no one responded can i please get some help?

You obviously have never dealt with support.
It takes LONGER buddy. If you are lucky they will send an email saying that "someone will tend to your ticket soon" but thats about it. In my experience it took as long as 4 days to get a response.

It depends on where you are in the Q, why you're messaging them, and if it's a weekend. I've never had to wait more than a day or two for a response from Riot support.
Oh, and constantly replying to your ticket before a Rioter can bumps your ticket back to the end of the Q, making your wait longer.

I'm talking about the initial ticket and waiting for an initial response... it takes more than 48 hours sometimes. Sometimes they respond in less than 8. But i'm doubting the original poster's comment about 24-48 hour response. I'm saying ittakes more than 48 hours sometimes.

I’ve gotten most responses within 36 hours, and at most it’s been 45-48 or so.
Riot support replies very quickly to decently worded, polite tickets. If your ticket is rudely worded, or presumptive, you may take longer as nobody will want to deal with you, for good reason.
Based on your attitude here, it looks more like it’s a problem with you thinking you’re entitled to things, and you probably were an asshole in your support ticket, leading people to not want to respond to you.
