Also got banned for third party software which i dont even know where to download

I havent play LOL for several days since duo with my friend last week. Today, I try to log in and it said my account is banned. So i checked my E-mail it said i used some kind of third party software. It is unbelievably shocking. I do play other games like WOW. So the only program I open while play LOL could just be Skype, WOW, or webpages. If these things are called Third Party Software, then I would just laugh to death. I have almost all the skins in my account, I spent a lot of time and money on this game. This is really unfair. I tried to turn in the ticket but seems like nobody ever gonna tell me what I did wrong but only the robot replying "someone will reach you, just wait". I could not really be quiet and wait. I am using a Mac, so the skin box thing does not work on my laptop.Many people changed into the Japanese voice track and I did not do that also. I did not even play this game for several days how come I used third party software? Also, I am a girl and I am not really good at the game. I guess anyone with a working brain should be able to figure out that a player used third party software suppose to be great as a god since it can "help player to avoid being attacked which is unfair to other players". So, it is very easy to find out if I used it or not, just open your precious eyes and look at my match history and read it. When is the last time I played the game? Did I kill many in any of the games? How many I won in the past month? How could I die so many times and play support 99% of the time when I am using third party software which supposed to make me a genius who is unbeatable?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I NEVER EVER USED anything software or program on LOL. I cannot accept my account being banned and I cannot wait forever like nobody in this whole company ever gonna tell me why I am being punished for doing nothing wrong. I decided to wait for someone to e mail me back earlier but after I read here that people wait for more than two months for answers after turned in the ticket I decided to post here. Even if Riot is doing ban waves or whatever, you cannot just ban someone's account for no reason. I want my account back. Please do not tell me something like "we checked you used it", I am saying I did not use anything, any other software or program while I was playing LOL. If Riot had to say I did, please find it out on my laptop because i do not even know where it is and when I got it. Otherwise, I want my account back. Thanks a lot for make my day. Bravo.

ignore troll armada, it is not just you, seems riot messed up and banned people for no reason. This is including me and a huge chunk of my friends list, I highly doubt 40 people in my list use cheats in which I seriously had no idea of until today...

I've heard that Riot bans both accounts in a duo if one is caught using hacks, might want to chat with the buddies you played with and hear if they were banned for something similar as well.

Technically, yes they can. Furthermore, you agreed to that when you made your account and for each patch after that.

You shared your account with someone else. Or is there a reason why you always swap your summoners? You allways swap them between flash + what ever from F to D and back. I'm pretty sure the person who played on your account used some third party softwarestuff.

I have seen many of those threads recently. In most cases it turns out to be someone else who shares account with you used third party program. Are you sharing your account with others?

Changing the voice file isn't a 3rd party thing if you're using riots official voices. Almost certain when you dl the area specific version you get the sound files. o.o It's just a little file swapping.

Same thing here and it's stupid saying I use scripts to cheat the game after i've paid out hundreds of pounds in the past few years.

my guess you let a friend use your account and they were scripting, my guess would be those Kalista games. but i'm just guessing here, maybe you are a beast on Kalista and don't play it anymore for some reason.
