Also got banned for third party software which i dont even know where to download

I havent play LOL for several days since duo with my friend last week. Today, I try to log in and it said my account is banned. So i checked my E-mail it said i used some kind of third party software. It is unbelievably shocking. I do play other games like WOW. So the only program I open while play LOL could just be Skype, WOW, or webpages. If these things are called Third Party Software, then I would just laugh to death. I have almost all the skins in my account, I spent a lot of time and money on this game. This is really unfair. I tried to turn in the ticket but seems like nobody ever gonna tell me what I did wrong but only the robot replying "someone will reach you, just wait". I could not really be quiet and wait. I am using a Mac, so the skin box thing does not work on my laptop.Many people changed into the Japanese voice track and I did not do that also. I did not even play this game for several days how come I used third party software? Also, I am a girl and I am not really good at the game. I guess anyone with a working brain should be able to figure out that a player used third party software suppose to be great as a god since it can "help player to avoid being attacked which is unfair to other players". So, it is very easy to find out if I used it or not, just open your precious eyes and look at my match history and read it. When is the last time I played the game? Did I kill many in any of the games? How many I won in the past month? How could I die so many times and play support 99% of the time when I am using third party software which supposed to make me a genius who is unbeatable?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I NEVER EVER USED anything software or program on LOL. I cannot accept my account being banned and I cannot wait forever like nobody in this whole company ever gonna tell me why I am being punished for doing nothing wrong. I decided to wait for someone to e mail me back earlier but after I read here that people wait for more than two months for answers after turned in the ticket I decided to post here. Even if Riot is doing ban waves or whatever, you cannot just ban someone's account for no reason. I want my account back. Please do not tell me something like "we checked you used it", I am saying I did not use anything, any other software or program while I was playing LOL. If Riot had to say I did, please find it out on my laptop because i do not even know where it is and when I got it. Otherwise, I want my account back. Thanks a lot for make my day. Bravo.

ignore troll armada, it is not just you, seems riot messed up and banned people for no reason. This is including me and a huge chunk of my friends list, I highly doubt 40 people in my list use cheats in which I seriously had no idea of until today...

I've heard that Riot bans both accounts in a duo if one is caught using hacks, might want to chat with the buddies you played with and hear if they were banned for something similar as well.

i really have no idea if that duo used anything but he was skyping with me doesnt sound like he was playing well and we lost anyway…… i just wanna know why im banned for this reason that i did not use any kind of software at all but seems like Riot is not gonna even give me a meaningless answer until 30days later or so. maybe people are right they only care about money，cool

If it truly was an error on their side, they WILL unlock your account again. Riot is not only after money, I've heard many cases like yours.

The fact that you haven't gotten a reply might be a good sign, if they're positive in their case they'll usually send an automated message right away.

If duoing with cheaters still gets you banned, it's most likely as a safety measure. I don't know for sure if they can see the individual player cheating, or if the system catches certain programs being used in some games (effectively making Riot ban the entire group whilst investigating the source of the cheat).

As I've said before, these are just asssumptions. I doubt anyone but Riot employees know how the system works. d: In the meantime you can go through your computer, look for viruses or other programs in the background that could have influence on the game (MKJogo being a bannable program etc.).

Technically, yes they can. Furthermore, you agreed to that when you made your account and for each patch after that.

You shared your account with someone else. Or is there a reason why you always swap your summoners? You allways swap them between flash + what ever from F to D and back. I'm pretty sure the person who played on your account used some third party softwarestuff.

i dont even know how to cheat so i did not cheat at all i dont even know why i got banned. recently im playing WOW only played several games when my friends ask me. they are not even good players so we lost a lot i never been a carry always try not to be killed thats it. so i did use only skype but nothing else. im like computer idiot i dont even know how people get those software help them in games and it is stupid to do that. for me play with friends maybe we are not really good but its fun. i play normal most of the time，it doesnt matter i win or not why would i cheat？

Same thing here and it's stupid saying I use scripts to cheat the game after i've paid out hundreds of pounds in the past few years.

my guess you let a friend use your account and they were scripting, my guess would be those Kalista games. but i'm just guessing here, maybe you are a beast on Kalista and don't play it anymore for some reason.

when did i play kalista⋯⋯i played it sometime as support or in aram and always like a useless trash hahha. i didnt log in for several days and it said my password wrong so i went to change the password and tried to see my match history but only see those i did nothing else. how come i did not see those kalista games OMG⋯⋯but i did tell them this also i changed my password on the day i found out my account was banned so i couldnt log in it said my password wrong like three times i thought i just got stupid and forgot my password after one week so i changed my password n log in then i said i cheated so i got banned. they havent reply me yet.

Send a support ticket and tell Riot your account was stolen, this might help, no Garen tee

Because we are not friends in game, when I look at your match history from forum, I'm only allowed to see your ranked games, and from what I have seen, your performance during 11/7~11/10 was suspiciously good. If your account wasn't under your control by that time I think that's the problem

oh! i never check my history before just play the game and go to sleep haha. so after my account being banned i just look at my history only see some of it but i did send another ticket saying i usually change my password once a while caz i thought i just forget my password too lazy to think what it is so i just go change it. but they say i already sent the first ticket saying i did not cheat in games so they will just go deeper on that one. i dont know if the information on second one also transfer there or not. i told them i have two accounts one is just used for me to send box to this account so its like lv14，n i told them i moved around last year since i graduated so i was in several cities n i changed my password like five times at least before i start record the password in my cellphone so i dont forget but idk what they will do. thank you a lot!

I have seen many of those threads recently. In most cases it turns out to be someone else who shares account with you used third party program. Are you sharing your account with others?

i dont really know since i was not able to log in so i changed my password last week. Many people account got stolen i really dont know if someone did that to mine. my password was long though.

Changing the voice file isn't a 3rd party thing if you're using riots official voices. Almost certain when you dl the area specific version you get the sound files. o.o It's just a little file swapping.
