I am hugely disappointed that I have been banned. I always get flamed on every game, but when I say something I instantly get reported and banned. There is never a punishment for the other person. I know sometimes I get mad. But I got banned for the dumbest thing ever and I was being flamed on.
Agent20904 votesWhen it comes to punishment, it doesn't matter why you said what you said, it only matters what you said. Other people's behavior have no standing when it comes to your own punishment.
As for the chat log, it was fine until you called for reports against graves. Calling for reports is itself a reportable offense. But then you got progressively more insulting.
Responding to other players' negativity with more negativity is something Riot has decided they do not want in their game. The second you start "defending yourself" by hurling insults back and forth is the second you open yourself up to punishment.

MasterSomething1 votesSound is not necessary. Visual indicators are all you need to play. Also, playing with your team is not necessary- It's just you playing really shitty. There's also this thing called a chat box that says "X is on his way".

This is a myth. No one has ever been banned for refusing to communicate. (IIRC, that report option doesn't even exist anymore) In the past, people might have reported for that reason but it wasn't the lack of communication that would get the player in trouble.

Chat restrictions are not detectable on any match history or account listing Ive ever heard of. Harassment, and offensive language doesn't skip tiers unless it is extreme(by the system's standards, not yours). Hate speech typically does skip tiers, but Ive also heard of first time offenders not skipping tiers.
The bottom line here is that you don't know the punishment history of the other players account. As such you are not in the best position to determine if the other players are getting punished, or even in a position to be punished. And Riot is not going to give you those details for privacy reasons.
