Wrongly banned for mmr boosting?

Hello good sir or madam, I submitted a ticket asking for help like instructed, a few days ago when I was banned on two accounts for elo boosting. The response was that the account was not banned until information said it was involved in elo boosting. I dont know how this could be possible since I have never done boosting or been boosted in my life, i've never even let anyone use any of my accounts once in my life. Could anyone please check the information that identified me as an mmr booster/boostee? i think there's might have been a mistake!
