So couple days ago I logged this acc to troll some kids with Nasus jungle and got hardcore tilted by the enemy Lee Sin camping me all game and when I got a kill on him I said "rekt n***er" in all chat then kept spamming the N word.
I got 9x'd but when I logged on the other day willing to accept punishment I got the "congratulations you received 2 key fragments for your sportsmanlike behavior, keep it up!" pop instead.

ModPeriscope3 votesSo it doesn't really matter if you got 1 or 9 reports. They still trigger your game for review. As to why you didn't get punished, seems kinda odd, because they punish pretty severely for that.

The keys are connected to what honor level you are. As soon as you are caught up with and banned or demoted levels, your keys will start to dry up.
