So couple days ago I logged this acc to troll some kids with Nasus jungle and got hardcore tilted by the enemy Lee Sin camping me all game and when I got a kill on him I said "rekt n***er" in all chat then kept spamming the N word.
I got 9x'd but when I logged on the other day willing to accept punishment I got the "congratulations you received 2 key fragments for your sportsmanlike behavior, keep it up!" pop instead.

You may not get banned today. You may not get banned tomorrow. Hell, you may not get banned for weeks!
But one thing is certain: If you continue doing such stupid things, you will get banned eventually.
So it doesn't really matter if you got 1 or 9 reports. They still trigger your game for review. As to why you didn't get punished, seems kinda odd, because they punish pretty severely for that.
Racism is not punished much. Try kys if you want a ban.

The keys are connected to what honor level you are. As soon as you are caught up with and banned or demoted levels, your keys will start to dry up.
This thread seems legit....
