Unfair suspentions and bans

After playing a MOBA for 3 and a half years, I met quite a lot of people. Some nice, others... Well, not so much. Of course, I was and still am, somewhat toxic, but every time I insult somebody it's in a way where it's not that offensive, or it makes sense why I'm saying that to that person and I have a reason. (This kind of has something to do with the complaint I'm about to file)

-I was playing Blind Normals with a friend and typed 'mid' in the chat when the champ select popped up, as a way to let everyone know that Midlane is taken. My friend takes Ad Carry and locks Jhin in. I lock in Katarina, and then look at one of our teamates who picked Zed with Flash and Ignite, which suggests a midlane pick, most of the time. I freak out and ask him what's going on. He says he's playing midlane and I say that I picked midlane first. Nothing happens and I tell my friend I'll support him with Katarina, somehow and he agrees. I go into the game and ask people from my team to report him for Grieffing, and all of them agree to do so. He starts writting about how it's not bannable, about how I'm bad at the game and other, good stuff. I continue explaining to him how that stuff is bannable and how it got my account suspended one time. He seems to not care and calls me dumb, or something. I get pissed and start insulting him. My friend and I are not doing very well on botlane because the enemies picked Meta champions, but we're doing our best. The enemy Zed, who's playing against our, before mentioned, Zed, comes botlane and kills me because we had no vision and nobody pinged us to warn us about him. Zed gets upset and calls me a feeder (3/3, at that time), so I call him a "f#cking degnerate" and start pinging him because he died the third time. He says we'll lose anyways and comes botlane and starts intentionally feeding our laners. He explains it as "lagging" and continues rushing bot and feeding the enemy team. At one point he was 1/6, and I was 3/6, or something and so he calls me an inter as well, because I told everbody to report him for intentionally feeding and trollpicking. We continue arguing and the whole team starts flaming him because of how big of an a#shole he was. The end of the game comes, I report him, thinking that's it, Riot's going to to their work and ban him. I accept a game invite from a friend and get notified that a person I've reported has been banned, of course I was happy and proud, but, after I clicked a button to continue playing the game, a new notification pops up and tells me I've been suspended. I log into that account and find that it was Permanently banned...

A reason it wasn't a 14 day suspention was because my friend got one before he game me the account

Please, do something. I know the chat log is borderline, but so is the player's behaviour. I know he got a 14 day suspention, which is unfair. At least make this a suspention, not a ban. Thank you, anyways, Danilo.

Well, sharing/trading/selling accounts is against the rules anyway. Given the admission here, my guess is that the account will stay banned.

There isn't any rules in blind pick in regards to draft. Call order is common courtesy but isn't against the rules when not followed.

However, you using that as a starting platform to ask for reports and harass him is certainly against the rules.

If your are escalated to permaban, it means that you either have had a previous history of punishment, or you used hate speech.

You got gifted an account and (regardless of context) were flaming. I'd say the ban was deserved.

That sucks man, there will be inconsiderate responses around, but all the same getting an account from a friend was an option that seems too unstable take over just levelling a new account.

Uh, I think you just sealed the deal with this post. Pretty sure that "gifting" of user accounts is against the TOU.

Some things I want to adress:

!) So, a champion I'd like to play gets banned in Draft. Okay, no problem. I go to Blind. My role gets unfairly taken and the other person goes along with their day perfectly, making my game experiance worse. Is that not against the rules?

  1. Bascially, I cannot get a gift from a friend of mine that's an account he worked hard on? If that's so, Riot's rules are a joke. and so is the community, I see. Like, I totally understand the trading and selling thing, but gifting? That's insane...

  2. The bot that Riot made to go thru chat logs is dumb. The reason my friend got banned was because a noname person he met in a game told him to write the starting letter of the words 'keep yourself safe', not noticing that he had said 'kys'. The only other messages he said were of no harm and weren't an insult of ANY kind whatsoever
