So I've been running into a lot of teams since the ip boost week that just open mid and let us win in like 9 minutes. Is this against the rules? Will I get in trouble for taking advantage of them letting me win early? What's the point of this?

It is against the rules to intentional assist the enemy team. It is not against the rules to accept enemy assistance. Hope that helps.
