Concerning Riots different treatment of people
So i have this account, where i must say, i have been insanely toxic and got the usual punishments, chat restrictions into two week ban. Those punishments have been a long time ago (over a year) and i didnt play the Account for the entire last Season and played a bit this Season. I can assure you that i really didnt give a damn about my toxicity back then but when i came back i wanted to improve and i was a lot less toxic, my problem was that i usually reacted to other ppl starting to get toxic, flaming me or others.
Finally i got a very surprising permaban and i just accepted it, knowing permabans wont be lifted by riot. I then found a guy claiming he got unbanned, sending this proof (i blurried out the name) : http://imgur.com/a/7LdM3
Seeing this, i thought nice, if this guy using racial slurs gets his account back, maybe i have a chance too? So i send this email (i send it in german, i tried to translate it as well as possible):
Hello dear Riot Team, i have following concern. This account has had previous punishments, and i gotta agree that those were fully justified, since i definitely acted against the Summoners Code. But those have been a long time ago and i havent played this Account a lot since then.
I think, that my behaviour has immensely improved since back then, so i was very surprised and sad after i suddenly got a permaban. From my point of view, following things happened in the Games : 1. Our Jungler seemed to have a bad game, so 2 or 3 players started flaming this guy on an insane level. I supported this guy and told them to stop, also defending him in all chat since they asked for him to be reported there, eventhough he was trying his best. The people kept insulting him and soon started to start insulting me too. The jungler went afk after a while, tired of their constant bashing. I must say i got really annoyed cus he went afk eventhough i tried my best to stay positive and held his back, so i also insulted this guy when he went afk. After the game i reported the guy who went afk and my toxic teammates, when i got a popup i was like nice, one of them got punished? Turns out it was me who was punished, reported by toxic people who had a problem with me cus i defended a person who they flamed. I was lost for words and felt insanely mistreat.
In the other two games also were insanely toxic players who kept flaming and blaming from the start of the game, i did reply to those, but compared to what they said it was rather tame. That possibly toxic duo queues report you, just cus they got a problem with the way you play and you dare to reply (they would probably report you even if you DONT reply), in my opinion has nothing to do with a fair judgement, and a person who sincerely trys to become less toxic barely has a chance and will be punished by an automated system.
I know that your System has the purpose, to better people and give them another chance, i feel deeply mispunished here, and i promise that in future i will NOT AT ALL react to other peoples toxicity and will strive to be an honorable member of the community, if you can just give me a last chance, or at least threat my case personally and not with an automated bot that doesnt even check what other people have said in the game.

The reply was basically, we cant give you a special treatment and cant possibly unban you. THEN WHY DID THE OTHER GUY GET THIS TREATMENT AND GOT UNBANNED?
I collected all the negative things ive said in these three games, you decide if this is worth a permaban in a competetive online game, where banter is a common thing, and where people like this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNqqghH-gEE, who unargueably destroyed way more games than me, in a way worse way, still play the game til this day
Game 1: shut up (to flamers) olaf u lil sun of a whore, can you stop beeing a lil bitch and play (after he went afk) is this guy retarded? ori im sure u got bullied in school (after 30 min of her flaming)
Game 2: i hate this game cus of ur flaming i already dont wanna win and will ff just shut up monkey so stop whining u bitch either this or kys

Also, i feel like, at the very least, after a long period like a year, the previous punishments should start decaying and you should get a chat restriction/2 week ban again to "warn " you, i must say i didnt even think about the fact that i was close to getting the permaban, else i would have shut my trap completely. Its like, oh this guy used to be a criminal and was in jail for 2 years, this is long ago but if he uses "self defense" to defend himself or others, he will go to prison for his entire damn life, and this will be decided by an automated bot #justice
