i was just wondering its been 3 years and i wred somewere they will prioritise it after the new client .... its been live for some time now
does this mean the tribunal idea has been compleatly abandoned or might they bring it back

The new client is still in beta. The new client will be finished at the same time they close down the old client.
I don't honestly know if it will make a come back, even after the new client is finished, but to my knowledge that's still what Riot says will happen.
Unlikely, despite the fact that it is the only way league will ever see trolling punished. If riot reimplemented it properly, it would not be abused and would be an easy intermediate step to flag less-obvious rulebreaking for review.
I've been trying to find the reference, but I can't seem to locate it. If I remember correctly, they confirmed a few months ago, around the end of 2016 that the Tribunal would not be returning. At least not in the sense of how it was prior to the development of the Instant Feedback System. I'm still looking for that reference though. If I find it, I will edit this comment with it.
I also want this question answered by a riot employee who is qualified to answer it
New client is still in BETA, so not really 100% LIVE yet. Once the old client is fully retired then it will be pretty much replaced, but for now it's not.
