if i got punished for defending myself in an "argument" against 3 other players, it makes me wonder what kind of punishment this kid will get for wasting 20 minutes of 4 other people's lives and trolling since loading screen.

Riot does take action against people intentionally trolling or intentionally feeding and, when confirmed, it typically earns an immediate 14-day ban on the first offense. It can sometimes be a little difficult to detect, but the system hits it hard when it finds it.
That said, I did remove the links and the video from your post -- we don't allow you to call out players by name on these Boards, even when they have done something reprehensible.
