if i got punished for defending myself in an "argument" against 3 other players, it makes me wonder what kind of punishment this kid will get for wasting 20 minutes of 4 other people's lives and trolling since loading screen.

Riot does take action against people intentionally trolling or intentionally feeding and, when confirmed, it typically earns an immediate 14-day ban on the first offense. It can sometimes be a little difficult to detect, but the system hits it hard when it finds it.
That said, I did remove the links and the video from your post -- we don't allow you to call out players by name on these Boards, even when they have done something reprehensible.

Honestly? Because of this line: "here is a video of him blatantly trolling and causing us to lose the game, indisputable proof really." I have been slightly busy this evening, and didn't have time to watch the entire video to ensure that no name was visible, so I took the safer approach of removing both that and the link to the game.
If no players are named in it you're welcome to repost it.

In other words, you cover up names so you can claim to have done something, but in reality you quietly support and commend trolls like this for inflating your chat-bot statistics.
