banned for nothing? will second one be perm?

i'm kinda new to league as in 2-3 weeks and i finally got my account up to lvl 30 and bought some rp and such and i recently got banned for 14 days, they showed me the chat-logs and nothing showed that i was flaming? i was playing aram and being very nice to people, a guy said "i have 8k gold i need to die", so i told him to suicide as in suicide on tower obv as it is aram and there is no recalling.. so i think i got banned for that? isn't that unfair? also will next one be perm? :(

Contact support, you might be lucky to have it reverted due to the circumstances. If it's not reverted then yes, the second punishment will be a perma and it can trigger from even the slightest negativity.

Eventually you will drop in punishment level. It varies from person to person how long that takes, and it's dependant on how many games you play, and how you behave in them.

He said it was in an ARAM where he told a teammate to get his champion killed to buy stuff, and ran into the zero tolerance policy regarding suicide.

This type of case is a edge case where, depending on your account, they may be willing to unban with a warning to not use such harsh language in the future. It is extremely variable cases in which they decide to unban for this, but you would need to contact support to get them to take a look at it. If you are unbanned (or even if you aren't), I'd recommend using less charged language in the future - instead of things like "suicide" or "kys", just say "die under turret so u can buy" or something.

Just be careful in the future. Most mentions of suicide or "kys" will be an automatic 2 week ban for first offense, and perma for second. I don't know a good way to tell someone to go die to get items without potentially sounding offensive, but best of luck to you and don't say those things again.
