My post asking for a player who trolled/inted in one of my games to be punished just got deleted

Reporting trolls doesn't do shit Player Support doesn't do shit about trolls when you send tickets in Oh but wait, God forbid I call said troll out--then I'M the one getting punished

Let's see how long it takes for this to get deleted as well, I know how much Riot loves deleting posts that call them out on their bullshit

Yes, your post was removed for naming and shaming players, which is not permissible on the boards.

There's not a whole lot of utility in posting their names here; Rioters are not obligated to look at the boards, nor are they obligated to look into your reports made on the boards. You can either report them in the post-game client or through a Support ticket or message them on Twitter.

Thing is, Naming & Shaming is against the Boards Universal Rules. You don't get to "call out" someone, even if they are legitimate trolls; if you want them punished, you have to use the actual reporting methods - in-Client reports or Support Tickets. If you believe those don't do anything, well, you're shit out of luck, because those are the only avenues you've got.

And let me ask you this; what good does "calling out" someone on the Boards do? What do you expect us, the community, to do about them? We have no capacity to punish someone, and it's not like we're going to go out of our way to keep track of "people who someone called trolls" to avoid playing with them, so, I ask again; what do you expect us to do?

And this is ignoring the fact that "evidence" of someone misbehaving can easily be fabricated.

You agree to the rules of the game, or the boards, when you choose to use the game or the boards.

Did you specifically name them? Please dont tell me you cant understand the validity of a no naming and shaming rule.

Not Rito is deleting your post, only Rito worshipping moderators.

On everything else, you are right, sad state of the game and the community :\

Most of the time some angry person finds a "troll", it is just someone who accidentally stepped on their buttons and then carried them.
