so i got hit with a ban out of no where on regards with use of 3rd party program. i took this to support and they wouldn't give me detail of what program i must of used to get my self banned, and they wont change the ban, any rioter who does the ban system wanna help me out please, i have proof with twitch streams to show that i do not use malicious programs

Riot bans people who mess with the game in way that it gives them an advantage during game. They saw that your game files were modified in such a way, so they simply banned you. Maybe you also got reported for cheating, who knows. The thing is, a scripter can say the same exact story like you did and no one could tell whether it's true or a lie. Only Riot knows. And i'm pretty sure that they didn't just rush your ban. They went through great detail, recheck and decided the final conclusion.

While i have some personal other thoughts about the Ban in itself, i find it incredibly hypocritic that they legit offer to discuss and dispute your ban, yet, as you say, do not even give you an Explanation.
We could argue over whether or not they have proof, but the Picture in itself. "We say you used 3rd party Programms and banned you. We said we will discuss this but we did not specify we would say anything in this discussion" is for lack of better words litting a fire on a fuel stop
