I tried to contact riot support for like 3 times with evidence on my side that I don't hack but they have the same response saying I use them and they can't tell when and what caused the ban. Also I have seen so many people getting banned like me for no reason. They need to do something about this.
I have gotten the same thing back in january, I have sent them a lot of support tickets since then and they always said they have proof but always refused to show it to me, same thing they just suddenly sent me an email saying I use 3rd party programs and then they permabanned me
EDIT: Even a riot person said "Going to look into it. The system itself is pretty automated. It's clear that this is a problem though and something we should try and account for somehow, someway if we can" I agree mistakes happen but they need to solve it soon.
