I recently played a ranked game with Rammus. The enemy team was flaming us and each other. We won that game (mostly because Nocturne ran down our mid lane and fed). I still reported them and JUSTICE was served!

He has a thing against feeders.

So I guess hes face palming your encounter of the feeder, maybe in disbelief that they are still around. Or he can be face palming the message ""mostly comes from someone having a bad day".
