Permanent ban after RP Purchase

Okay, you want to permanently ban me for cussing and arguing with a team mate, sure. I get it. You must be over 18 to play, but can't swear. Not sure what that's all about. Regardless, I get it. I'm permanently done playing League Of Legends, but I think it's incredible wrong they'd allow me to purchase $20 of RP, not use it et and ban me. How can I receive a refund for my purchase? That's incredible wrong, and 110% not legal. Accepting any terms, it doesn't matter. That's fraud when you've purchased something and aren't given what's stated. I could deal with losing some RP as a penalty for bad behaviour, but completely losing an account I've spend a couple hundred $ on and within a few days spent money on? That is wrong. I'd really like someone to respond. Either with some information on how to recover the account, penalty if there must be, or how I can receive a refund for what I recently purchased.

Lemme break it down for you.

18 doesn't mean you should become some sailor. Go to a job interview and swear. "I'm over 18, dude wtf."

There's nothing illegal. You bought $20 of RP. They gave it to you. Then you ACTIVELY CHOSE to break their rules, resulting in a termination of your account. They did not give you your RP then delete your account for no reason. You received what you purchased and chose to break the rules you willingly agreed to. They don't owe you a refund. That's like purchasing an item at the store, then punching the cashier in the face. Now you go to jail, but then saying it's unfair that you can't return the items you just bought.

You did get what you paid for: the RP. It just so happened that you lost the access to that RP immediately afterward

did you get banned cos of chat? or banned because a transaction was reversed?

if it is the latter, you can get your account back once the transaction has gone through properly. if it is the former, well.. i hope you learn a few things from the ban. if you have trouble comprehending what you did wrong, post your logs and we'll be able to tell you what went wrong.

I'm pretty sure you can swear. I see lots of swearing and don't report. If your being noisy and cursing people out with swear words in a group of random people, your probably going to be removed just like people would try to remove you from a restaurant or store for doing it. It's just easier to do online.

No one wants to look like the crazy man cursing people out in public places. Don't be that person. You are much better than that.

Actually no, that's not correct.

If you buy a drink at a bar but pick a fight with someone, you will be ejected without being refunded the price of the drink, same principle here.

Let's be real, if you can manage to get permabanned from this game through all the warnings they give you then you 100% deserve it.

I cuss all the time and I've played since season 1, and I literally haven't even gotten a warning, much less a ban.

Use your credit cards fraud feature to get your money back. Most cards have purchase protection for up to 30 days. If they don't allow you to use your purchase, RIOT is violating the ToU of the Credit Card companies and you're allowed to have your money back per their terms of use. RIOT has already banned your account... so you lose nothing doing it.

Maybe you shouldn't have been acting like a jerk after you purchased the rp. you're probably still able to get a refund, they can't not give you your money back if you can't use your purchase.

They have every right to ban you no matter how much money you've spent. You agreed to their terms and rules when you signed up and money doesn't give you a free pass from those rules.
