got perma ban need help

like i really dont understand why i get ban because of flaming a hacker and he dont get ban like in a game like this when u are in ur promos and u get a player like this that could make u lose ur promo and then ur MMR go down so u keep losing and all those things and he dont get ban... when i say a score of a feeding player i get ban and he is speaking bad to me and i just write report him i get ban and why if i didnt speak english i get ban ?? like sure every one rage sometime and speak bad but why u dont look at the other side of why this happen ? im srry of what happen like i swear i will be better . can i plz get help and unban my account .. this is the text : Game 1 Give Me Hashesh: ...
