Rito isn't helping me with being hacker
I submitted a ticket saying i was hacked and they said I was never hacked, but I was willing to help them with anything to confirm that I was hacked because I swear I was. Any suggestions ?

Given that they can see every IP that has accessed your account, and have data on thousands of hacking cases to check the signs, I imagine they're fairly confident no hack has occurred.
Not sure what to recommend.
Could somebody with access to your computer have done the hacking? Like you stayed logged in, stepped away from the station and somebody did something on your account? From Riot's perspective that would be indistinguishable from your legitimate access.
What proof do you have that you were hacked?
Oh ... you bought an ELO Boosting service and you got banned cos they used a script? That's not a hack you know.
