iI just got perma banned becuase i was joking around(not trolling), being sarcastic and asking for a report to the player that was flaming me. It's tough to discern a jovial intent through text. That said, this seems like a warning at worst to me, if this is the only instance. Apparently they do unban accounts, though, if you file the proper complaint and they deem it valid. Not sure how to do that, exactly, but I've heard this is the case.

Odd choice for a perma ban actually, but iirc riot a while ago made it so that asking to report is in itself reportable? I could be wrong or mixing games up but I think thats a thing.
