Should I get chat banned for this?

Hey there everyone! Today I played a 3v3 game with a friend of mine in which our third player was a known bot that was leveling an account automatically. The enemy team even stated that they had played a game before with that same account and they they were in fact a bot. At first I was unsure if this was true but as the game progressed, within the first 4 minutes our top lane Kogmaw fed 3 kills to pantheon without using any summoner spell and just running into melee range of him and standing there. They proceeded to invade my jungle over and over as a 3 man unit while the bot Kogmaw stayed top and stood at the minions. Every time Kogmaw would die he would use his passive and run back to our base like it was scripted.

My friend and I decided that instead of just running into them all game and delaying the inevitable We asked them if they could just push out a lane and win the game asap so we can queue for another game that isn't ruined with a bot.

They flamed me for wanting to afk and not play out a game where there was no coming back from a 7 kill pantheon and 8 kill Jax 12 minutes into the game. I have not had any behavior penalties that I can think of in the past. (been on since season 3).

I guess my question here is "Is getting reported for afking with my friend while the bot runs it down the lane over and over justified?" If both of the human players don't have the will to continue a game because of the circumstances, should they get reported when all they want, is to enjoy another game where it can be a good experience for both parties and not waste everyone's time.

The enemy team then said that they wont report the bot but would rather report us for not playing the game. Isn't that exactly what the Bot is doing to level the account? That is using third party programs. If that is justified I don't really think this community is going in a good direction when the players that wanted to play an actual game of League are getting penalized. My in game name is "cinnabits" Im not sure why its my old one on the boards.
