Ok, to start out with. The rioter here is actually correct. Considering the most content in the reply I feel there is still a bit of context I am missing. However I will point out a few things.

The rioter which you posted here was extremely nice, especially (judging by the context) he already at that point felt like you were feeling 'tilted' (your words).

After the prior punishments riot is extremely strict. They feel. (I would argue rightfully so) that you have already had a few chances and as a result their patience is wearing thin. The system changes to an extent, from a scaling system where some toxicity is mild and some is extremely bad, too everything is bad.

Riot doesn't actually want toxic players to play. They are willing to work with you, through the punishment system, to try to help you reform. However should you refuse they would prefer you don't play.
Now, please dont understand this as me attacking you. I am setting a precedent.
As far as your last game logs I maintain that they are not very bad. Mild negativity at worst and mostly nuetral. I promise you that if your account was in good standing (no punishments-a history of reform) that this would not have, in and of itself, triggered a punishment.
Now unfortunately via the way you behaved when you contacted riot support it's very unlikely they feel as tho you deserve, or that they want, to reconsider your ban. And as per every legal and moral precedent they are not required too.
That being said, I have a bit of good ish news.
It's not what you want to hear, however, if you take it to heart you will keep your account.
Understand that when this temp ban is over you will be on EXTEMELY THIN ice, as in, 1 and only 1 offense and you will lose your account permanently. Please understand the severity here. 1 name, 1 negative comment. 1 anything, and it's an instant permanent ban.
My advice for you, is that if you want to keep playing, you ensure that you either do not speak/type, or if you do speak/type, you make damn sure that what your saying is positive and or contributing to winning the game.
Coming back from this is possible. It happens all the time. However it's something you have to commit to doing. That last game wasn't that far off, however for the next 6-8 months I would suggest you simply ignore people who rage at you.

Yes you are correct. the response of the Support staff i posted above was the one who "Helped" the most, if you look at his name is Player support staff name is VoidWish, the one i was referring to is Peacemaker, he had a riven pic, not malz.

This is the thing, i understand Riot gets stricter and stricter, trust me i understand, but the thought of getting 10 chat penalty for 2 games for being "aggressive " towards teammate i can understand, Even the 25 chat penalty i will even ADMIT......... little toxic, do i feel it should be off one game? Hell no.... Do i feel another 1-2 games of being little toxic-Passive aggressive would have been a better "Punishment" ... Yea........... 3rd game after i get off the 25 chat penalty and the one game where i was not even aggressive or bare min passive aggressive HELLLLL NO, so i gotta ask for a second, how does 2 games of being little toxic to 1 game of being aggressive to barley being passive aggressive a "good system" even if strict or not it should be based off more games, not just one game of bs.....

i have to disagree on that statement, Riot does not want to work with toxic players, i believe the only reason Tyler1 actually got unbanned is because of his rating on twitch(He was known for breaking a league streaming record i believe), if another streamer(cant remember his name, the toxic udry main) was to negotiate i will confidently say they would say No and this is from person experience, my first main which was basically in the same banning path but in a longer period was never given another chance. Started season 4 and banned season 6, we are currently in season 8 and i have already this year messed support staff about hopefully unbanned the account, giving it another chance, but in the end i get people like this

legit every year i beg/plead and i get legit the same sentence format, and it makes me feel like, Tyler1 was the most toxic player and he was out for only what? 1-2 years? iv been begging for consecutive years and they wont even reads into it, so like i said, they do not want to work with toxic people unless it benefits themselves.

This is the thing, the account went from 10 chat penalty-14 day suspension off 5 games and i believe iv played 25~30 ranked games total, so if i come back to the acc and say something like "Udry gank?" will i get a Perma ban because of how strict riot is? like where will it end? you clearly said .... "Mild negativity at worst and mostly nuetral" so why have i had alts acc's where i was x5000 more negative but lasted me x10 longer? thats the question i am really asking....

Correct, you are 100% correct, how i talked to them was very dis-respectable, i cannot disagree.... but the thing is like i explained, the first penalty- 10 chat penalty was off 2 games of being aggressive, which Peacemaker was in charge off, he blew me off and closed it...... 1 game i got a 25 chat penalty and received Peacemaker once more, so of course i was aggravated, and once again after the 25 chat finished/Peacemaker not even responding i played one more and received the 14 day ban for PASSIVE aggressive behavior, and received a half ass remark for the 3rd ticket, so you can see my frustration and due to past experience i had 0 faith haha....
Yea sadly i do not see myself reforming for being passive aggressive, if i get bann i get bann, not point in honing my skills in a game where the wrong people are being blamed, community is awful, and elo system doesnt make sense o-O
