If any rioters read this, please contact me and look at this players game where he went 0/5/0, he got punished instantly and I'd really like to know what punishment he recieved. This behaviour should be punished hard enough for him to never do something like this ever again.

That being said, Riot will not release any details about specific player punishments to anyone but the account owner - they will not tell you a yes or no to the question "did this player get punished" and they certainly will not answer what punishment they received.
That's private information. They can't give it out.
If it was for feeding it was either a 14-day or a permaban.
If it was for flaming it could have been from anywhere between a 10-game chat restriction, to a permaban.
Other players status isn't any of your business nor will Riot will ever release private information about other players account status.
