I was just playing with my friend, then in champ select someone named werkler on NA server banned me and said to enjoy my last game. Im just confused if this privilege is allowed. At the end of this i am just asking what this is.
He didn't ban you, that isn't something that can happen like that. What you probably saw was the /me emote in Champ Select showing something like;
werkler has banned you.
You just type /me message, and it shows up with your name then a message in bold. If someone is pretending to be Riot like this, screenshot it and submit it in a Support Ticket; the boards are not for reporting players, though.
Just some guy being a dick. Only Riot employees can ban people. Send in a support ticket describing this event to riot and tell them someone tried to impersonate a staff member. No one takes kindly to this offence.
An empty threat. Only your own actions can result in a punishment. People reporting you only leads to the system looking at your actions.
