can u get banned for having a 15 game losing streak

i had 22 loses in a row that's a bit dumb to ask my friend but as long as u dont "run it down mid" int feed 20 kills to the enemies or being negative u wont get a ban.

Bans for your performance are only if it's intentionally bad, in which case it can be a single game. A losing streak in itself is never grounds for a ban no matter how big it is.
