Destroying game for other ppl in champ selection.

So recently i noticed more people trolling in champ select. I play to win for myself and my team so when i leave champ select with trolls tresh mid ahri adc etc. i get punished by 5min and notice on my acc "leaver". How do i fight those not huamns trying to end game before it started? IS there place to report them ?

Any advice would be welcome.
