Can someone explain to me why i got leavebusters and lost 18 lp for standing still for more than i minute because i had to do something even though we won the game?

Doesn't matter if you get a warning or not. Why does everyone have to be handheld in this world? YOU KNOW WHEN YOU QUEUE WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR. If you go afk, don't expect a lollipop when you get back.
Not sure on the actual timeframe that you have to be AFK for it to count, but it doesn't take long for a missing member to place your team at a large disadvantage in the match depending on what's happening at the time in the game.
My duo partner DC'd in a ranked match last week, and in the time it took him to log back in, the enemy team pushed two turrets down.
League is an active game, and being present matters a lot, especially in ranked. Emergencies happen, but barring that, you should be glued to your keyboard. Don't order pizza and expect it to arrive mid-game, don't take a dump mid-game, if you live with your parents have your chores done before you queue up, etc.

If you are marked as afk (and I don't know the delay), you will get a loss regardless.
