He banned my champ in champ select cause it is fun and after he said he is not interested in winning cause it is not his account... Hopefully he will get a ban or something on IP Adress.

For future reference. Smurfing is allowed. Its not bannable and reporting it on forum is pointless. Rule he is breaking is grieving. So stop harassing and threatening people for Smurfing

Honestly I just don't see the point in ranked because its a crap shoot if you're gonna get normal or positive players in the lobby or just a bunch of toxic Timmys fucking up your game.
What's even worse is that you can't do just one dodge for free you have to sacrifice LP T_T.
I wish riot would add a mute feature in the lobby chat so I don't have to listen to anyones bullshit.
One game I was assigned to support (my main role)
but mid laner who was premade with my adc wanted to have support with in trade she/he gives me mid.
I declined the offer because I really don't like mid at all I only play 2 champs on mid while others I can play half of the champs per role or all (which is support)
So mid laner went full retard on me and banned my janna. So I decided to go pick soraka. but then the mid laner steals soraka and flames the shit out of me. ADC jumps in on the arguement against me of course. They announce to go 2 mid and send me bot solo as alistar.
Muted the whole team and enemy team and just farmed under tower. obviously we lost because i got no ganks, enemy adc had all the cs, velkoz bullied me too much.
I reported those two idiots and one or maybe two of them got banned.
I wish riot would show the player's name of who i helped get banned because this will give us good players the satisfaction that we banned someone and possibly shut down their expensive account.

nameshame isnt allowed. thus reporting someone here only gets you banned on the boards.
you can ban whatever you want. is it sportsmanlike to ban your teammates champ? no. is it a rulebreak? no. can it get you banned? no.
ip bans are pointless. turn of router. turn it back on. you got a new ip.
report for acc share, but i dare to say that a ton of ppl say that just "for fun".
you should read the rules before you get banned yourself cause i feel like ppl like you usually ask for reports ingame and then wonder why they got banned.
