Can't get Loot?

So I played a game with some friends earlier, and after we won I saw "you are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions. Now I assumed this is because about 3 weeks ago I got a small chat ban which in retrospect I deserved. However I played my allotted number of chat restricted games and have been fine since. I guess the question here is what do I have to do to become eligible to gain loot, or how long might it take?

I get that im being punished for bad behavior, but its seems a little odd to me that after I "served my sentence" so to say, and havent had problems since that im still in the red.

Anyone have an idea?

Under the FAQ of hextach crafting they say those who have been punished will be eligible for rewords after they have, "been reformed". The problem is, usually that means 3 months of no more punishments. Then we got this,

We're working on putting out a better explanation for this. For players that are punished by the Instant Feedback system and work off the punishment, they will still be restricted from earning Hextech chests or keys for a period while the system ensures that they have reformed their behavior. There is no fixed interval here - if you continue to play with sportsmanlike behavior, you'll eventually get back into good standing. We're looking into making a player's status more clear/visible to help avoid this kind of confusion.

30-40 games without anyone filing a report against you for any reason.

thats 30-40 games straight, so if someone reports you cuz there upset, then you have to start over. Basically it's pure luck on whether or not you'll get to use hextech again.
