Tired of Not having teambuilder

I am so tired of not having teambuilder. I just play league for fun, and draft pick is an endless sea of trolls. For example, I have had for the SECOND time today, a TEAMMATE bans the champion I preview to play. Getting rid of teambuilder in favor of the draft pick in normals was perhaps one of the worst decisions riot has ever made. I would much rather have a longer queue time and get to play the champ i want, than to have to put up with the trolls who ban a champion because they simply wanted to play the same one, or didn't want you playing that champion. I love playing league, but it is oppressive to have to either dodge the game, or suffer with rude teamates and play a champ you don't want to play/ are unfamiliar with, because your own TEAMMATE banned the champion. If you want a suggestion to fix your problem: Don't select a champion until you get to actually select it.

Also, small tip, get them to confess what they did during game. Then you just need to report them in the end and be happy again.

I agree, this draft system feels more detrimental to use than soloq before; teambuilder felt like a good direction, but then they backpedaled.

Well this is just me but I think draft is better than team builder because mostly team builder wasn't as played. Also the people who did play were mostly groups of 3 or 4 but they would kick you if they didn't like your champ you were playing or your name. I had come across many cases in team builder where people would just kick you if you purely if weren't playing the right champ they wanted for there comp they were making. Then draft came were you could play with much more diversity.

Just play blind pick? Yah you have to call your role, but atleast you can play the champs you want. That is the point of blind pick, so you can play the champions that are always banned. It would be your best option.
