Banned for troll reports?

I had a 2 week ban awhile ago so after that I only played normals until season ended. Now that season 7 pre-season is here I started to play flex ranked 3s. I was toxic one game and I it showed the chat log. But on one of them its says game 2 and 3 and there is nothing there. I had a dou of people say they were going to report me for taking farm? And another dou said they were going to report me for not landing my abilites. I guess riot actually takes troll reports seriously??
