vote troll/noob out during pick

Everyone might had experience that teammates were troll, noob or dumb in rank. Some players even practice champions in rank. It brings bad game experience to other players. Especially in S7, the autofill function applied. Many players are forced to play roles they don't like. Some of them chose to troll such as GP support. Someone chose yasuo and go mid even his role was support. These behaviors are totally unfair to other players. We can quit but we will get punishments. We can accept this but most of game will lose because of these troll players. Either way only bring lose to these good behavior players. Therefor a function that can vote these troll players out during pick is totally necessary. This isn't a punishment but a right to choose. Players can choose to play with these trolls to show their carry skills. Players can also have right to choose not to play with these trolls to have a good game experience.

I think in solo/duo it'd be good if you need 3 or more votes to kick a player from lobby. There can only be one kick per lobby and the kicked person suffers no punishment. The problem is there are loopholes trolls can use to bypass this.

This would get abused hardcore. Look at CSGO, it got abused by premade/players like yourself who are solo/duo queuing, that they implemented a ban for people who kicked to often in a small amount of games. People have bad games and in solo/duo queue, you are in their elo as well. I'm pretty sure you aren't perfect everygame and you yourself have a badgame/rely on other lanes to catch up.

Also trolling usually is a rare occurrence, if you believe you get trolled in every game. You might need to rethink things and see what is going on in reality because if you believe your getting troll in every game chances are, you don't belong in that elo and need to rethink that game logic that "everyone is trolling. I'm the best on team" logic .

Now think about when you vote these trolls out? You think you can continue the game 4v5? You do realize the game won't end up in a remake when you kick someone and you are putting your team in a disadvantage by kicking said players. Remake was only implemented for the early afks (Not for afks after 3 minutes +) and even then their are limits to that system.

Not sure if you are aware of the dodge system, if you believe your are getting trolled (GP support) would you rather stay and lose 20 lp? or lose 3lp?
